The Giving Tree Project is a student-led and operated limited liability corporation.

Our story begins with two students: Avery, and Nishant; Carrollwood Day School students with a passion for service.
Avery: Head of the GoingGreen initiative focused on transforming schools into eco-friendly environments. 
Nishant: Chairman of Global Expansion for See Us Now an organization drafting and pushing legislative action in support of at-risk youth (specifically foster children).


Looking for a creative way to fundraise and build awareness for local NGO's in need of support the group came up with their annual Dance-a-thon. A fun, interactive, and purposeful event with the end goal of providing support for local organizations that need it most. All the while, they seek to unite Tampa Bay's youth population to create impactful change. Their multi-tiered plan consists of service, awareness, and fundraising.

Service: 
Service events at/with the NGO chosen. With The Children's Home Network we are focused on providing supplies for their Kids Village. 

Awareness: 

Interactive activities and social media campaigns enable participants to learn more about the organization's operations and its approach to solving the chosen humanitarian issue + partnerships with outside organizations and corporations.

Fundraising:
Our annual Dance-a-thon!! This year held in support of our 2025 charity The Children's Home Network. Join us for a night of music, dancing, food, games, prizes, and more while we #GrooveAndGive!
